Kenyan Singer and entrepreneur Esther Akoth Popularly known as Akothee has come out publicly to criticize on claims made by the chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) for Culture Charles Njagua who claimed he is the richest musician in Kenya.
On her Instagram account, Akothee asked Jaguar to Publicly inform people where he obtained the information that he is richer than her.
While throwing shade at the former Starehe member of Parliament, Akothee further expressed her astonishment over men competing and comparing themselves with women.
While giving a warning to other celebrities Akothee added that it’s only Eric Omondi who is permitted to mention her name. Warning anyone with less than 3.5 million Instagram followers not to dare metion her name.
She further stated that most celebrities and musician run into politics to make money and remain relevant in power but they do not help the common mwananchi.
She however said that she only consider herself a government on her own, and she doesn’t care about politics as it does not add food on her table.
